What is House Viola serviced accommodation?
A great alternative to a hotel, House Viola serviced accommodation is an entire house, let out nightly, and serviced on a weekly basis (including new linen and cleaning). Furnished to a high standard, we welcome company stays, relocatees and local families in need of temporary accommodation, giving you a home from home experience without the confines of a hotel room.
Why should I chose House Viola serviced accommodation?
There are many benefits of choosing House Viola serviced accommodation instead of a hotel, you will get alot more space than a regular hotel room, in addition it will provide you with more independence, privacy, flexibility and freedom. You can work, relax or entertain as you would in your own home. Our serviced accommodation is very competitively priced when compared to hotels and offers inclusive TV (including sports), Wi-Fi internet and writing desk for working from home. Parking and a garden with patio and BBQ is included. Further savings can be made as House Viola has a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to cater for yourself and reduce your restaurant bills.
What is included in House Viola?
House Viola is furnished to be a ‘home away from home’ experience and to include everything you should need throughout your stay.
Kitchens with dining area, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, washing machine, utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Living rooms with sofas and TV.
Writing desks in each bedroom for working from home.
Fast Wi-Fi internet included.
Bedrooms with comfortable beds and bed linen.
Bathrooms with towels, welcome toiletries amenities and hairdryer.
We take care of all the bills, from heating to internet and can arrange a service clean once a week for stays longer than 7 nights should you require. Additionally, we provide a Welcome Pack for your convenience.

Can I view House Viola before I book?
We will do our utmost to ensure you are able to view House Viola before you commit if you wish to do so. If the property is currently occupied, then we will try to answer any questions you have to ensure you are comfortable with booking. If so, please contact us at email@example.com
How do I make a reservation or book House Viola?
As soon as you have made your decision please complete the booking request form and we will contact you to confirm your reservation. If you are not sure about all the aspects, that’s ok, we can help. How many houses and rooms do I get access to?
The rental cost and the number of houses your team will access will depend on the number of persons who are booked to stay with us. It will also depend on if your team are happy to share bedrooms with 2 individual beds in each bedroom or if you prefer that each team member has their separate bedroom.
Scenarios of allocation of houses and beds:
If max 5 persons will be staying and are happy to share bedrooms, then 1 house will be allocated to your use.
Up to 5 persons will then share 1 house with a total of 3 bedrooms, 5 individual beds, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
If max 5 persons will be staying but want separate bedrooms, then 2 houses will be allocated to your use.
Up to 5 persons will then share 2 houses with a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 individual beds, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
If max 9 persons will be staying and are happy to share bedrooms, then 2 houses will be allocated to your use.
Up to 9 persons will then share 2 houses with a total of 5 bedrooms, 9 individual beds, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
If max 9 persons will be staying but want their separate bedrooms, then 3 houses will be allocated to your use.
Up to 9 persons will then share 3 houses with a total of 8 bedrooms, 9 individual beds, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Please note that we are able to provide separate bedrooms for max 8 persons therefore 2 persons will need to share a bedroom in this scenario.
If max 15 persons will be staying and are happy to share bedrooms, then 3 houses will be allocated to your use.
Up to 15 persons will then share 3 houses with a total of 8 bedrooms, 15 individual beds, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
When making your booking request, please let us know how many persons are happy to share bedrooms and how many prefer their own so we can provide you with the best quote and allocate the correct number of bedrooms and houses for you.
How do I pay?
We accept payment directly into our bank or by company invoice (PayPal) which accepts all major debit and credit cards. Payment or billing confirmation is required prior to check-in in all instances.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes, the longer you stay the better value we can offer you. Discounts are offered for long term bookings. We will be happy to calculate discounts and rates for you depending on the length of your enquiry.
Do you allow pets in House Viola?
Unfortunately we do not allow any pets in House Viola.
Do you allow smoking in House Viola?
Smoking is not allowed in House Viola but you can smoke in the garden.
Do I need to tell you anything else when I book?
If you would like to extend your stay, please let us know so that we can ensure that we consult you before taking any future bookings for House Viola.
What happens after I have made my booking?
You will be sent a “Booking Confirmation” which will give you the address of House Viola A “Welcome Letter” is also sent before arrival with details of how to access House Viola as well as other information that you may find useful. (Please see our Terms and Conditions for charges relating to changes in bookings).
What time can I check-in?
You can check-in to House Viola from 4pm on the day of arrival. We use ‘self check-in’ via key safe box and will send you the code to the key safe box before your arrival, on your booking confirmation documentation. We are available via phone should you need any assistance relating to check-in or during your stay.
Can I access House Viola before 4pm?
Please speak to us so we can check our availability. Early arrival fee starts from £10 per additional hour for arrivals between 12am and 4pm. Any arrivals before 10am will be charged the full nightly rate for the previous night.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is by 10am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise agreed. If you do require a later departure please let us know in advance and we will try and arrange this for you, however it cannot be guaranteed. Departure after 10am up to 12pm will incur an extra charge of £10 per additional hour. Departures after 12pm will be the charged the full nightly rate.
How do get to House Viola?
You will receive directions to House Viola together with access instructions in your Welcome Letter prior to arrival. Additionally, there are is a map on our website on the Contact page.
Is parking included?
Parking is available at House Viola, there is parking for several vehicles in our drive and parking is free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Once a booking has been confirmed by House Viola, any request for cancellation must be confirmed in writing. You may cancel your booking at any time without penalty by giving notice of at least 7 days before the booked arrival day. Cancellations within the 7-day period will incur a charge of one week’s rental or the total amount due, whichever is the lower. Please send your cancellation notice via e-mail to email@example.com. What is your refund policy?
Refunds will not be made unless we are able to re-let the property, in which case you will be reimbursed for the number of nights re-booked. We will always endeavour to re-let a cancelled period so that we can offer you a refund.
Can I extend my stay?
You are able to extend your stay if we have not taken another booking. If you would like the ‘option to extend’ please let us know when making your booking. We will then ask you nearer to your departure date if there is a need to extend, but we reserve the right to take other bookings if we cannot reach you or do not hear from you. Please keep in touch when staying for a longer period so that we are aware of your plans. A 10 day notice of extension is required to guarantee your accommodation – please see our Terms and Conditions.
What if I break something?
Accidents happen. If you happen to break anything during your stay, please contact us on (+46) 07274 00008 and we will advise about issuing a replacement or organising repairs and/or if there will be a charge.
What happens if I loose my keys?
If you happen to loose your keys please contact us straight away so we can issue a replacement, on tel. (+46) 07274 00008. There may be a charge of up to £200 and a call a out charge of £50 may be applicable if assistance is needed out of hours.
Do you provide a house keeping service?
Yes, we do. Our housekeeping team ensure that House Viola is cleaned before your stay and that you have a provision of fresh toiletries, towels and bed linen. After a 7-night consecutive stay, we recommend that a general service clean of the house is carried out. The clean is carried out by our local cleaning team at a charge of 100 GBP and involves the entire house being cleaned, including the towels and bed linen being changed. Do you provide a welcome pack?
To help you get settled into House Viola we supply a starter pack consisting of: tea, coffee, sugar, sweetener, milk, breakfast cereal, biscuits and some fresh fruits. For your remaining stay the grocery store ICA and pizzeria Valentinos are favourites among our guests. They both located in Bodafors town centre within 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk of House Viola. There are also larger supermarkets Lidl, Willys and ICA Maxi in Nässjö within 20 minutes drive of House Viola.

If you have difficulty walking, but do not need a specially adapted room, House Viola has a ground floor bedroom as well as bathroom, kitchen and living room located on the ground floor for easier access. Please note that is is necessary to climb an external stair case with 4 steps to enter House Viola.
